As a side note
I want to share with you an email Sue Edmondson (retired superior court judge, accomplished writer and one of our amazing editors) recently sent to me. I think it will help you understand why we truly love working with each and every one of you!
I'm amazed by the varied experiences and life histories of our essay collaborative clients. Everyone has a special story. Some are set in exotic places (at least exotic to me, who has never traveled to Africa or Vietnam other than in my wildest dreams). Others happen on in the middle of Any City, USA.
The one thing every essay has in common is heart. By that, I mean a true expression of caring for their patients, their families, and friends. It's clear that people who seek a career in the medical profession are in it for more than the money.
Most people who are excellent in the sciences are not particularly interested in writing (and vice-versa). If it were a passion, they'd be the editors and I'd be applying to PA school. But just as I've learned the mechanics of a robotic knee replacement for an article, science-minded folks can learn to tell a story on paper. It's a matter of someone taking the time to explain how and walk them through the process step-by-step.
One other thing I've realized from reading essays--people who apply to PA school are determined, courageous, focused and up for a challenge. That's why I edit without fear that someone will be intimidated by the suggestions I make.
I hope that the people who provide my medical care will have the dedication of those I've had the pleasure of "meeting" through their essays.

Have a wonderful day!
