Here at The PA Life, we want to make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase although we understand that sometimes there are conflicts or it’s just not what you expected.
Clients understand that all items purchased are service-based and are the creative representation of the client.
All sales are final, and no refunds are permitted on services. Refunds for products or services not used, will be held for six months from the date of purchase. All documents and coaching services are considered completed within six months of the purchase date.
If a client does not respond or complete the project within that time, the project shall be considered null and void with a 25% refund of the purchase price given on uncompleted projects.
By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

While clients of The PA Life, Inc. have an exceptional record, The PA Life does not guarantee interviews, job offers from resume packages or school admission.
The PA Life does offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If a client is unhappy with an essay, resume, interview, or other service let your service provider or client care coordinator know and you will be contacted to discuss the next steps.
