Your perfect PA résumé starts here.
Craft your beautiful New Grad or Practicing PA résumé in our brand new PA Life Application Studio—the recommended way to build, tailor and print your résumé without blank-page stress, template wrestling or formatting guesswork. I’ve been a PA for 20 years. I built this because PA applications are different.
I’m Stephen Pasquini, PA-C. These PA-specific résumé templates have helped me land an interview for every PA job I’ve applied to.
A strong PA résumé has a specialized job: it must make clinical rotations, certifications, procedures, patient scope and specialty experience easy for a hiring team to understand. Your cover letter matters just as much—it connects those credentials to the practice, patients and position you want.
I built the PA Life Application Studio to preserve that PA-specific strategy without making you spend hours fighting margins, spacing and page breaks in Microsoft Word.
Start in the Studio—or choose the format you prefer.
The Application Studio is the easiest way to build with guidance and a live preview. Word files are available for self-editing, and professional editing adds one-to-one human support.

Which option should I choose?
Start with the Application Studio if you want the easiest guided path, live print preview and free creation and printing. Choose a Word pack only if you prefer to edit reusable files manually in Microsoft Word. Choose professional editing when you want individualized feedback from a human editor.
Do the Word template packs include Studio Premium?
No. The downloadable Word packs and the browser-based Studio are separate products. You do not need a Studio account to use the Word files, and you do not need to purchase templates to build and print in the free Studio.
Should a new graduate PA résumé be one page?
One strong page is ideal when the content fits naturally. Two pages are appropriate when substantial rotations, prior healthcare work, leadership or research would otherwise become cramped. Readability wins over an arbitrary page limit.
What should clinical rotations look like on a résumé?
Prioritize rotations that match the target job. Include the organization, specialty, dates and concise bullets describing patient scope, procedures, clinical reasoning and contributions—without overstating independent responsibility.
Are these templates ATS-friendly?
The layouts use conventional section headings, readable typography and a straightforward content hierarchy. No template can guarantee performance in every applicant-tracking system, but these avoid the decorative elements that most commonly interfere with parsing.
Can I use the Studio without paying?
Yes. You can create, edit, preview and print your résumé for free. Premium is only required for AI drafting, résumé upload and rebuild, Word/PDF downloads and reusable email tools.
What if I already have a résumé?
Studio Premium can read your existing Word, PDF or text résumé and rebuild it in The PA Life format. You can also purchase a template pack and transfer the content manually.
Can a professional review what I create?
Yes. Send your draft through The PA Life’s professional résumé and cover-letter editing service whenever you want individualized feedback and revision.
Your next PA job deserves more than a generic résumé.
